- Appropriately complete work orders including labor and parts that need to be charged.
- Test vehicles using measuring equipment and report diagnostics to workshop controller.
- Interpret and use technical data and follow instruction from the manufacturer.
- Carry out the routine servicing on vehicles.
- In accordance with manufacturers methodology remove and install components from vehicles.
- Carry out checks and identify any health issues or areas of concern
- Prepare new vehicles.
- ensure any faults have been reported and noted on job cards and inform service manager or workshop controller of any faults not covered in repair
- Perform technical repairs in accordance with documented and established procedures.
- ensure vehicle safety standards have been adhered to before returning customers vehicle
- Ensure vehicles are have been protected while kept clean during work
- Ensure all work adheres to the manufacturers rules and set standards.
