- Serve sushi according to menu
- Prep, cut sashimi
- Monitoring stock and reordering when required
- Maintaining a working environment up to EHO standard
- 40 hours per week
- From £11 per hour

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a sushi chef (2 years preferred)
