This role is office based 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

Role Description
We are looking for an energised Customer Service Executive to work for our Rollover Business in Slough.
This role is office based 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Key Accountabilities
- Answering inbound telephone calls
- Take orders for products and process using Microsoft NAV
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Respond promptly to customer queries and needs, following up customer calls where necessary
- Liaise with the Warehouse staff and couriers to ensure orders are dispatched before set deadlines
- Process credit/debit card payments for non-credit account customers
- Send out invoices in a prompt and timely manner
- Prepare new customer accounts
- Promote and sell Rollover's products and services, maximizing value of orders
- Contact customers by phone, in line with agreed call lists
- Complete records of telephone interactions, orders and accounts
Skills and Experience
- Must be Computer Literate
- Be able to communicate at all levels
- Previous experience in a customer service role advantageous but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise well
