What does a Host do at PINS Social Club?
- Welcomes all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Seats guests and manage the daily bookings.
- Answers the phone in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ensures the need of waiting guests are met.
- Monitors gaming and restaurant activity.
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Provides all round great customer service to ensure guests have an enjoyable journey from start to finish.
