Duties:Deliver home-based physical therapy services to adult patients with general medical and orthopedic conditions.Consult with physicians and other health care workers, assuring satisfactory patient progress during different phases of rehabilitationShow true sympathy and compassion for optimal results.Drive to your patients’ homes throughout your assigned region dailyConsult with the physician and an interdisciplinary team in the development of a plan of treatment
Requirements:Valid physical therapy licenseValid Driver’s licenseHome Health experience preferred but not requiredCurrent CPR certificationNew Grads Accepted!
