Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Document Controller to join our London studio, to hold a key role on a dynamic project for Populous. You will be working closely with the project team as well as the client, third party consultants as well as other stakeholders.
Your knowledge, skills and experience should include:
  • Extensive document control experience in a construction environment
  • Knowledge of Aconex and NewForma – or other process-led, document control systems
  • Be detail focused, highly organised, and comfortable working to multiple strict deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Controlling the issuing of documents going out, and those coming in
  • Checking/verifying documents prior to issue for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintaining project registers and control logs as needed
  • Assisting project teams with storage and access of project information
  • Assisting with preparation of reports
  • Assisting with scheduling and closeout of project processes
