We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our online team.
Up to 40 hours per week, inclusive of weekends
We have a fantastic opportunity available within our growing Online/Website department.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person.
Suitable for an individual with great customer service skills and retail experience.
Job Overview
The successful candidate would work within a team, supporting customers via the telephone and emails with online purchases and enquiries.
Creating images and data for importing new products onto the website using excel and photoshop.
Working with other team members to ensure orders are despatched quickly and efficiently, to make sure customer expectations are met and where possible exceeded.
Processing orders though the Epos till system ensuring stock management is maintained and organising customer invoices.
Customer Service experience is essential to this role and candidates should be confident on the phone.
Basic Photoshop & Excel knowledge is preferred.
Hourly rate based on experience.
