We are looking for dynamic virtual receptionists with a natural flair for great customer service to join our team at our new Posh office in Reading. As the voice of our client's company, you will be responsible for creating first impressions which matter...a lot. You will also oversee appointment confirmations and making follow-up calls.

Virtual Receptionist Role
- Providing an excellent first impression
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Remaining calm under stressful conditions
- Inbound and outbound call handling for various companies
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Taking accurate and concise information as swiftly as possible
- Expertly navigating the POSH agent system
Essential Criteria
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
- Expert listening skills
- Computer literacy and typing skills
- Exceptional grammar and punctuation skills
- Multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven history of providing excellent customer service
- Availability between the hours of 08:00 am and 20:00 pm Monday to Friday
- Available on either Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 08:00 am and 20:00 pm
Desirable Criteria
- Reception experience would be helpful but isn't essential
- Inbound & outbound Call-handling experience in a fast paced environment
- Call centre experience preferred
- Living within 10 miles of the Reading area
Competitive Salary
- Starting salary of £28,080 per year (£13.50 p/h)
