Graduate Programme – IT Project Management


Location: Weybridge KT13 0TJ, Surrey


The Prax Group is an international conglomerate in the midstream and downstream energy sector headquartered in Central London. The Group IT acts as a business abler, with rapid adaptability to market needs, providing cost effective, and agile IT solutions across commodities trading, oil refining, distribution, and retail operations.


The Prax Group is implementing a comprehensive 3-year training programme for graduates interested in pursuing a career in IT Business Analytics / Project Management. This scheme will provide graduates the opportunity to gain experience from Corporate functions like Trading, Shipping, Sales, HR and Finance, as well as Retail business, Logistics and Refinery operations. The participants will gain a solid understanding of how an international conglomerate is operated and secured by technology.


Graduates will also have the opportunity to visit a number of our locations throughout the UK including London, Surrey, Jarrow and the Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery in Immingham.


We are looking for a driven and ambitious Graduate to join our team. To be successful you will:

  • Be on track or have achieved, a 2:1 degree (or higher) in a related discipline
  • You will possess good problem-solving skills and thrive under the challenge of doing so
  • Have an inquisitive and forward-thinking mindset, who is always looking to learn and develop
  • Be numerate and analytical
