About The Role
We are currently recruiting for Senior Support Workers with experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities and / or autism. We have positions available within our supported living services, respite, and in the community on a full time shift basis working across both Sheffield and Rotherham.
The successful candidate MUST have previous experience of Senior Support Work / team leading / line management and will be required to participate in a rotational shift pattern, which does include weekends (on a shared rota), sleep ins and / or waking nights. Please note also that this role does involve personal care for both males and females.
You must have a positive and proactive attitude, be an excellent communicator, accurate record keeper, and be adaptable to the changing needs of the service users that you will be supporting. You MUST be experienced at senior support worker level and should expect to take part in the out of hours on call rota on successful completion of your induction period.
Principle Support Ltd are committed to the safeguarding of our vulnerable service users and as such have a rigorous and stringent recruitment process in place. You MUST be able to provide a full work / education history and be able to supply a minimum of two satisfactory references. You will also be required to complete an enhanced DBS check
