This is a new purpose-built development which is a 5 bedded residential property (all self-contained accommodation) for complex individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities including behaviours that challenge. Confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience inlm care homes and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.
