We've supporting a digital and business transformation consultancy. They're looking for Manager / Senior Consultant to support the implementation of a new operating model and organisation design within an enterprise-scale AI function. The role will focus on translating the target design into practical ways of working, governance and change activity.

Tasks
- Support the implementation of the new operating model and organisation design
- Define and embed governance, roles, responsibilities and ways of working
- Drive change activity and stakeholder engagement to support adoption
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Operating model design and/or implementation experience
- Experience in change management, transformation or organisational change
- Ideally, experience working with AI, product or technology teams
