They operate within the education, residential, leisure and industrial sectors values upto £10m. Working closely with the Project Manager on the scheme to ensure delivery is both on time and within budget. My client is seeking someone from either a trades or education background and has experience with a main contractor.

Requirements:
- Construction qualification or trades background
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- First Aid
- Experience working for a main - contractor.
- Self-motivated and professionally driven.
- Able to work on own initiative
- Full UK License
