Role Overview & Responsibilities

In this position which is based at our northern office in Doncaster you will be responsible for the night to night and weekend running of the company, dealing with customers and guards that are all over the country, this needs to be someone that is of a "can do attitude" and is willing to go that extra mile.

You will need to be the following

• Must Have a valid SIA DOOR SUPERVISON badge/ also CCTV ( But not a must, as training can be given for the CCTV)
• Be able to confidently use multiple computers as are used for CCTV.
• Full driver's licence - This is a MUST!!!!!
• Be available for various different days.
• Be able to work under pressure
• A willingness to succeed and progress
• Physical and not scared of the dark
• Be able to deal with conflict and resolve issues with guards and manning issues
• Able to read and write to a level of understanding in English
• Able and confident with computers (Word/excel/ Emails)

This position in the company is deemed to part of our management team so requires someone that can work well direct with management and in office surroundings.

You will be required to attend alarm activations to which could have multiple intruders, or maybe just a false alarm, then would have to write a report for the client.

There is loads to say and talk about this role, but all the management of prosec came from this role.
