Description
Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal – Remote
A modern and forward-thinking legal practice are looking to recruit a conveyancing assistant to their team.
The role is to be based 100% remotely but you will have the support and guidance from a welcoming and supportive team.
The position will involve a range of tasks including setting up new cases, running initial searches, Land Registry documents, TA forms and helping with sale enquiries progress the case forward, answering clients’ questions and liaising with other law firms, agents and third parties.
You will play an important role alongside fee earners in the smooth progression of the transactions.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience working within a conveyancing team.
The salary for this role will be based on experience up to around the mid-20s (circa 26k) This will be part of a good overall package including 25 days annual leave.
