We require an experienced administrator, used to dealing with a busy office, able to meet deadlines, problem solve and communicate well
The succesful candidate will be
Dealing with phone enquiries
Responding to all correspondence within agreed service times
Welcoming visitors to the office and arranging meetings
Managing senior staff emails, diaries and comms,
Processing post received and paperwork
Prioritising tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly
Performing bookkeeping duties
The role can be full or part time 20 hrs per week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
