£27,344 – £38,810 pa FTE pro rata - Dependent on experience

Ralph Allen School are looking to appoint a 1:1 Teacher/Teaching Assistant for one of our LAC students.
We are looking for someone to motivate, support and encourage the pupil to fully access the curriculum and school life. The post will be both within the classroom and on a one to one basis to support the child’s participation in all School activities.
Experience of working with vulnerable learners with attachments difficulties is essential, as is the ability to liaise with all relevant agencies. You will also be able to use sport as a way in which to support this young person.
You will need to be a warm and caring individual who can offer an exceptional level of care and foster the child’s independence.
This role is dependent on individual pupil funding and therefore is a temporary position than will continue until such time as the funding ceases and/or the child leaves the school if this is earlier.
Training will be provided as appropriate.
