Key responsibilities will include: -
- Assist customers and identify their needs through to concluding the transaction, whilst maintaining the highest level of service
- Meet the store and personal sales objectives and KPI’s by delivering an elevated level of service and experience to all customers in store and via out -reach
- Participate in online sales platforms and digital sales, whilst introducing customers to the in-store services available to them
- Keep constantly up to date with competitor activity including trends, events, campaigns
- Participate in store merchandising activities in line with the Ralph Lauren creative directives and standards, including but not limited.
