You will develop and refine our optimisation playbooks across the programmatic & social environment. You'll be in charge of strategic governance of all key markets, ensuring teams are encouraged to think big and create award winning work. You will design, implement and test automation workflows using tools like UIPath, Power Automate or similar as well as identify opportunities to improve our automation processes and workflows. You'll troubleshoot and resolve any issues with our automation tools or workflows. You will work with senior stakeholders across multiple markets to develop innovation pipelines and new testing opportunities that drives business impact and promote a culture of development and learning. Identifying key gaps in team and ensuring training is available.

You will have considerable experience managing self-service solutions platforms, including Facebook ads manager, TTD, DV360 and/or other major social platforms such as tiktok, Pinterest etc is desirable. You have a drive to lead, teach and build knowledge in all areas of biddable media. You're experienced with developing and executing automation tools/process within media and you have solid experience with hands on design and build of Robotic Process Automation bots using your in depth experience with either UiPath, MS Power Automate or Blue Prism.
