• Working closely with the R&D community to understand the Data and Analytics needs and translate that into user stories for the squad to implement.
- Work with the active user community of “Data Enthusiasts” that can provide expert support to the end user base.
- Working as a member of the cross functional R&D Data team, to deliver the data products that R&D needs.
- Take business lead role in developing new reports, analytical tools and other data products and ensure these are implemented according to Change Control methodology.
- Lead the user acceptance testing workstream, write test scripts, coordinate SMEs testing activities.
- Ensure complete and thorough system documentation is in place, in line with RB CSA protocol.
- Deputise R&D Data Lead as applicable.
- Working closely with the Data Governance organisation to ensure Data meets FAIR principles.
- Provide insightful reports for Data Quality and the system.
