Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Plumbing Maintenance Technician to provide a high level of Plumbing expertise as part of a small multi-disciplinary building services team, assisting the maintenance management team in delivering a customer focussed cost effective and efficient service. You will also carry out work activities to deliver planned and reactive maintenance facility services. The ideal candidate will have: * Appropriate technical qualifications such as a City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Plumbing * At least two years’ experience in a building services/maintenance environment. * Experience working on industrial/commercial central heating systems. * Experience of working in a busy demand led environment. * Plumbing maintenance and fitting skills. * Good understanding of the environment and general H&S in the workplace. * Knowledge and application of a safe system of work of the following: Plumbing Waste systems Central heating systems
