What's the role about?
Entering all primary forms of International source documentation onto the Finance Systems (Including Intercompany) and assisting with month end procedures. Monitoring all communication and maintain and enhance all existing forms of organizational systems within International. Assisting other International Finance Team members in tasks as required.
Who you are
- You have 1-2 years' experience working within accounts
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong IT skills in Excel and Word
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills- both verbal and written
- You are organized with strong time management skills
- Efficient, reliable and focused
What you'll be doing
Concession/clearance partner invoice coding, inputting and billing where required.
Clearance partner stock listings.
To assist at month end with journal inputting and intercompany reconciliations and other areas as required.
Record and post International Expenses and Intercompany entries
Maintain and enhance all existing forms of organizational systems within International; Recording post, filing, emails, archiving and translation. Assisting colleagues within international in other tasks as requested.
