Working: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Location: Hybrid Role - 3 days a week from home and 2 days a week from our Leeds Head Office!
We are looking for a customer-focused consultative Retail Media Business Analyst with a proven track record in delivering technology solutions for retail media businesses.
In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a supportive team, on a variety of interesting retail media engagement projects for many of the world’s top retailers!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Retail Media Subject Matter Expert, Business Analyst or Consultant, understanding the needs of the retailer and identifying innovative solutions to meet those needs
- Liaise with Retail Media clients and help them to understand the best mix of technologies, processes, solutions and services and how they can be delivered to maximize business value
- Lead or participate in live consulting engagements, providing advice and guidance that leads to actionable implementation plans to make a real difference.
- On live projects, support the Senior BA, project managing where necessary. Able to handle client meetings, guide those meetings and handle/prioritise requests and summary actions with clients and stakeholders to ensure project delivery within prescribed timeframes.
- Understand and stay abreast of current and emerging business and technology trends together with the unique opportunities and challenges of the markets and geographies in which our clients operate
- Collaborate with GIG, Client or third-party development teams to deliver world-class technology solutions
- Play a leading role in our Business Analysis competency, helping grow our capability and providing support to more junior members of the team
- Support the pre-sales process, helping our Business Development teams define Innovative solutions and win new business
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Retail Media Business Analysis or Consultancy role
- Excel – advanced formulas, power pivot and VB
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience and ideally CPQ
- Data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with document generation tools (e.g. Conga, Doc Gen)
- Prince2 Practitioner, IPMA or similar Project Management
