Job Description

As a Data Entry Operator at Reliable Sign Supply, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our customer and product databases. Your primary responsibilities will include entering customer information, updating records, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all data.

Responsibilities

Input customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits. Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role. Proficiency with databases and customer management software. Strong understanding of customer success principles. Ability to work remotely with a high degree of self-motivation and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data confidentiality.
