The Role

As the Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales, exceeding company KPIs, and inspiring a talented sales team. We need a go-getter who thrives working independently and loves styling up a storm. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating your team to achieve and surpass sales goals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, offering personalised styling advice
• Implementing visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and inspiring store environment
• Training and developing your team to ensure exceptional service and performance
• Being the face of the store, providing a memorable shopping experience for every client
  
  

Skills & Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in retail management, ideally in apparel
• A proven ability to deliver personalised styling experiences and a love for styling up a storm
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in concession management is a plus
• High energy and a vibrant personality
• Experience managing budgets and KPIs, and achieving company targets
• Attention to detail with strong visual merchandising skills
