Role Overview & Responsibilities

As we specialise in working with those with complex mental health needs, we are looking specifically for experienced mental health support workers, with a minimum of 6-monthsexperienceworking in the mental health sector. We are also looking for people with qualifications in psychology, nursing or occupational therapy.

Support workers will have a wide range of duties, from observing and monitoring service users’ mental health conditions to supporting them in maintaining their personal care hygiene.

The job of a mental health worker is very wide and varied, however, you will be supported by our registered nurse and additional training can be offered.

We are looking for candidates within a commutable distance to Surbiton/Kingston-upon-Thames.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
