RGS Prep is looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join the School in September 2023. This is a full time, permanent position working 8am to 4pm.
Your role will be to help create a happy, challenging and effective learning environment so that pupils feel cared for and achieve their true potential.
Supporting the Class Teacher, your duties will include:
- following the plan written by the Class Teacher;
- keeping appropriate and efficient records;
- supporting initiatives decided by the Head, Heads of Department and staff;
- being aware of the needs of all pupils in the class;
- attending regular training in order to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current support.
In return, you will receive:
- Circa £20,000 per annum;
