- Hourly Rate: £10.60 per hour
- Location: Ballymena
- Hours of Work: 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
- Holidays: 36 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties include:
- Answering telephone calls and providing advice on phones.
- A wide variety of tasks with an element of discretion being applied to making decisions within a defined framework.
- Presentation of information in tabular or descriptive form, answering queries on basic or associated tasks and seeking out more detailed information for approval for release by more senior staff.
- All routine and repetitive processes are governed by detailed written instructions.
- Processes and procedures requiring a working knowledge of the section.
Criteria:
- 4 GCSEs to include Maths and English.
- 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role, strong telephony skills required.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
