We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead the in-house account team at our clients’ offices, based in Trafford Park, Manchester. You’ll be comfortable working with big brands, be commercially driven with a focus on the key details as much as the big picture, and you’ll always be looking for new opportunities with existing and new clients.
You’ll back all that up with a solid understanding of branding, marketing and production, and a passion for inspiring great creative and how it can help your clients unlock their challenges.
What skills are required?
- 2+ years Account Director experience
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
- Excellent account leadership skills with a developed financial and commercial acumen, creative judgment and strategic thinking.
- First-rate communications skills, with the ability to be articulate in person and in writing and strong presentation skills.
- A solid understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining outstanding agency service.
- Commercially savvy, with strong financial and reporting experience.
- Relevant experience across digital, print, social and production.
- Solid agency experience is essential and experience in Retail sector - advantageous.
