Assistant Manager - McDonald's - Northampton Motorway Services
Our Site Director, Kersh at Northampton Motorway Services on the M1 near Northampton, is looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to support their McDonald's team.
Our Teams and Managers are the face of Roadchef and we celebrate them as the most important part of our business. To help us to ”De Stress” and “Delight” our customers, we are looking for Managers who are inspirational leaders who love to coach and develop their team members.
As a member of our Management team we would love you to have a passion for delivering amazing customer service and who leads the team from the front, while ensuring our customers only receive the best experience. We will provide full training, all you need is experience in a similar industry, a big friendly smile, be a real team player and have a big can do attitude.
Managers at Roadchef work a flexible 5 out of 7 days shift pattern which includes weekends and bank holidays.
In return the salary for this position will be up to £29,000.
