DESCRIPTION

Over the last 30 years, ROSEN has grown rapidly and is today a worldwide technology group that operates in more than 120 countries with almost 4,000 employees.Due to our continued growth, our UK office in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking to recruit Industrial Placement students to assist the Integrity Services Groups in delivery of technical engineering reports. The reports provide solutions to integrity and reliability problems on pipeline systems for our clients. In addition, the successful candidate will gain knowledge and experience of pipeline and process operations in the offshore and onshore industries.
The role will involve working with engineers at all levels and from other disciplines within the business on commercial client projects and potentially also internal R&D initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed 2nd year of a Mechanical Engineering degree course
- Good time management skills
- Excellent report writing capability
- Computer literacy – spreadsheets, word processing, email etc.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic problem solving and analytical ability
- Pro-active, with good attention to detail
