Job Description
We are looking for a confident, fashion savvy, enthusiastic Sales Assistant with a real passion to succeed. You will be ready to motivate, coach and support a team of professional sales advisors in luxury retail. Hands-on shop floor management is the key to our success to ensure that every customer has a truly memorable Diamonds & Thrills experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for:
- Working together with the team to achieve a high-performance sales culture.
- Achieving personal targets.
- Providing 5-star hospitality and extra-ordinary customer experience.
- Merchandising our jewellery in accordance with our guidelines.
- Ensuring superior store standards.
- Completing day-to-day tasks.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for ROX.
Skills & Experience
- At least two years sales experience in a highly customer-focused retail or hospitality environment.
- Experience of working to targets.
- Strong interest in fashion.
- A friendly and outgoing personality.
- Loads of enthusiasm with a real passion to succeed.
- The desire to learn all about diamonds, jewellery and watches.

Salary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
