The RBWM Library Team is friendly, creative, a little eccentric at times and very, very committed to our library users, whether they come in for the welcoming, safe space, to read or borrow books, to use the IT facilities, to get help with digital services, to enjoy activities and events, or simply for a chat.

This position is a fixed term 1 year contract.
The role is to provide business support to the Library and Resident Services Team to ensure services operate effectively and that the range of undertakings required of the service are met within the corporate framework.
This role is highly process-driven.
The position will be predominantly producing Advantage cards and Bus passes for RBWM residents and dealing with queries on applications.
Full training will be given.
