We are looking for a friendly, conscientious person to join our team. The Administrative Assistant/Shop Assisstant job will entail working both in our shop and our back office.
The ideal candidate for this position has an eye for detail and is an organised, efficient professional who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Processing Invoices
- Schedule jobs via our booking system
- Source and order parts
- Be proficient in using Excel
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Clear and positive communication with customers (both in person, by email and over the phone)
- Familiarity with Xero will be helpful
- Serving customers, using the till, cutting keys, ordering stock (training will be provided)

Salary: £21,000.00 per year
