Role Overview & Responsibilities

Streetwise UK Management, part of RSK Group, is seeking qualified 12d and 12AB Traffic Management Operatives on a full-time permanent basis to be based in Bolton or Penrith.

Streetwise UK Management is a former family-run traffic management business that has been recently acquired by RSK Group.

<br><br>

We provide both high and low-speed traffic management and event solutions to blue-chip companies, major utility providers and public sector organizations. Our focus is to manage road networks to reduce congestion, disruption and changing travel behaviour.

Key

Responsibilities

<br><br>

Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags, and other equipment on low-speed roads

<br><br>

Undertaking traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses

<br><br>

Maintenance of temporary traffic lights

<br><br>

Helping and guiding new trainees

<br><br>

Person Specification

<br><br>

M1 / M2 or SLG Unit 2 / 10 qualified as a minimum

<br><br>

Knowledge of Chapter 8

<br><br>

Able to pass a safety critical worker medical

<br><br>

Able to pass a drug and alcohol test

<br><br>

Meticulous attention to detail

<br><br>

A full clean UK driving licence

<br><br>

Desirable

<br><br>
