Wine Waiter/Waitress
San Carlo Restaurant Group are hiring a Wine Waiter/Waitress!
Based on authentic modern Italy, San Carlo Group is constantly growing with 25 restaurants now in the UK and a growing international presence. Restaurants include San Carlo, Cicchetti, Alto at the rooftop, Selfridges, Bottega, Isola, Fumo, Signor Sassi, Champagne Bar and Gran Cafe.

Key Responsibilities:
· Greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escorting them to their table
· Informing guests about our wine selection
· Making recommendations to guests regarding food and wine selections
· Serving beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
· Processing payment for meals and handling cash and credit card transactions
· Collaborating with bar staff to ensure that beverages are delivered accurately and on time
Required Qualifications & Experience:
· Experience in a similar role
· Excellent communication skills
· Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
· A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.42-£14.42 per hour
