Controller

We are working with a $25mm and growing vehicle and service company that is about 15 miles southeast of Philadelphia that is looking for a Controller to lead their Accounting group. The company has a long track record of success and is in a place to take the next step in their business evolution.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual that wants to oversee a solid accounting team (2 people). The opportunity to be part of the leadership team in a collaborative environment is different than other companies.
ResponsibilitiesCreate the financial statementsManage the financial process for the teamOwn the budgeting, forecasting, and analysisAct as the point of contact for external auditorsOversee Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts ReceivableSupervise and mentor a team.Manage inventoryUpdate and create processes for future growthOther duties as needed
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or 7+ years of related experienceFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)GAAP knowledge, CPA preferredStrong written, verbal and collaboration skillsAbility to work in the office
