- Website design and creation for internal and external events
- Registration site development and management
- Attendees management, including reporting, data bases and custom information
- Invitations, calendar meetings and emailing – Propose calendar of communications, content and design.
- Trainings for new users
Events support | Scope: HQ
- On-site support for events
- Transportation management for attendees
- Registration site, reporting, database management
- Registration on-site
- Overall support at events
- Event support for additional events requested by local teams
