We are looking for supportive, caring and hard-working professionals to join Select Choice Community Support, providing support across Leeds, but predominantly in; Moortown, Roundhay, Alwoodley, Shadwell, Headingley, Chapel Allerton and surrounding areas.
Pay: Up to £23,000 per year (Full Time) as well as 30p per mile mileage payments and other great incentives!

Join our team of Community Support Workers. We offer full and part-time hours, as well as bank roles.
The Role
You will support customers and their families to achieve personal outcomes that promote greater independence, use reablement approaches and support access to community services. As a Community Support Worker, you will:
- Promote the values of the organisation at all times
- Enrich people's lives with comfort and happiness
- Promote the independence of our service users wherever it is possible and safe to do so
- Support service users and their families to meet their desired outcomes
- Consider people's needs, wishes and preferences to ensure they receive the best support possible for them as an individual
- Provide a much-needed link between our service users and their communities, combating loneliness
- Ensure the safety of our service users in every aspect of their lives
