We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Digital Marketing Assistant (6-month Fixed-term Contract) to join our Audiences team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Assistant is responsible for implementing the planning and delivery of Serpentine Summer digital marketing campaigns and for executing the most exciting digital Serpentine programme in 2023.
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and imaginative digital champion who is passionate about visual arts. They will be joining the Audience & Marketing team to support our objective this summer in testing new digital approaches which will lead Serpentine to attract new audiences.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills, along with basic knowledge of marketing. For example, you might have promoted your own creative event or organised a community event. Alternatively, you might have built up skills in marketing in another way which you think are relevant and that you can further develop in this role. Crucially, your previous experience will have given you a basic understanding of and skillset in communicating ideas to people from different walks of life. In addition, some experience in modern marketing tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress and Mail Chimp is desirable.
