Change Project Manager

Telecommunications IndustryChange Manager IISalary: $65 per hour7 month contract - W2 type.
In this role you will be responsible for:Facilitate and lead change management practices within the business organization.Apply a standard Change Management methodology to prepare for, manage and sustain change through all change activities. This includes strategic, organizational, process, and system changes.Plan and Execute on Change Management strategies and plans for transformation initiatives/projectsPerform impact analysis and evaluate the impact of change in the organizationDevelop a change heatmap to understand change saturation in the organizationThrough continual employee engagement and adoption metrics, look for opportunities to make process improvements to maximize efficiencies and effectivenessAssist in developing plans to properly manage organizational changesResponsible for weekly Change Management summary and communication, highlighting Business readiness status and plans.Initiate and lead Business Readiness meetings with functional areas team and Communicate intended outcomes and next stepsParticipate in process development and deployment.Develop a business readiness training schedule aligning with overall project milestonesIdentify and address areas of concerns of employees about changes.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher5+ years experience in a Change Management role3+ years experience in a Project Management roleGoogle business applications experience - Slides, Sheets, Meet, docs. etc.Experience in business operationsExcellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skillsExcellent organizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple activities effectivelyGood analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issuesProficiency to interact with stakeholders at various levelsAbility to work independently as well with othersAble to lead cross-functional teamsNice to have: PMP CertificationPROSCI Certification or CMS Certification (Change Management Specialist)
