Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our client in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational aspects of the sales process, such as forecasting, pricing, reporting and contract negotiations. They will also work closely with the sales team to ensure that their goals are met. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the Digital Marketing industry and experience working in a similar role.
Job Description:
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for the operational aspects of the sales process, such as forecasting, pricing, reporting and contract negotiations. They will also work closely with the sales team to ensure that their goals are met. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the day-to-day sales operations, set performance targets, coordinate with key stakeholders, track sales data and identify areas for improvement. They should also have a good understanding of the Digital Marketing industry and experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
Analyse and monitor sales trends and performance
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Set performance targets and ensure they are achieved
Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action
Create and analyse sales reports
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers
Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
Technical Skills Required:
Proven experience in sales operations
Knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Excellent organisational and time management skills
