As a HR Advisor you will work closely with the HR Team to provide a customer-focused and professional HR service. You will provide responsive and proactive advice to managers and staff. This is an exciting role with a broad scope of responsibility so we are looking for an individual who will work well as part of the team to achieve results and also use your own initiative.

Ideally, you will be fully CIPD qualified or working towards your qualification. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to influence and negotiate, as well as being a good team player. It would be an advantage to have previous experience within the NHS and an understanding of NHS terms and conditions although this is not essential.
