Sky Creative is Sky’s European Brand and Creative hub providing Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Advertising, Promotions and Broadcast Creative for multiple stakeholders across our European Markets.
The hub will consist of an in-house capability and a matrix of external agency and post production partners.
The hub exists to drive excellence in Sky’s Brand and Creative output, and we are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
The production coordinator will support the producer in the production & delivery of promos and presentation deliverables.
What you’ll do:
- Support the producers in their day to day of running projects.
- Assisting with footage and file management when working with external partners.
- Ensuring all created assets are delivered to the correct location, on time, following the right delivery & clearance process.
- Maintaining delivery logs and tracking of projects.
- Working closely with creatives teams to ensure they have assets / content they need in creative & production stages.
- Ensuring all formal and informal production meetings are scheduled.
- Maintaining team documents including resource, project and budget trackers.
- Assist with recon/invoice chasing and processing process.\
- Assist with archiving of final project files / case studies
What you’ll bring:
- Fluent in German and English!
- 2yr+ relevant experience
- Passion for great creative and the ambition to make Sky Creative best in class with a commitment to building the very best diverse culture to deliver world-beating work.
- Ability to work as part of a team, collaborative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, able to multi-task.
- Can do attitude, proactive, problem solver.
- Self-sufficient and able to work alone, but good at managing up
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/calmly under pressure.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal & external partners
Where you’ll work:
UK (Osterley) – with ability to commute between UK and other territories
