What you'll do
- Act as the technical lead to a team of Tester Analyst working cross-functionally in an agile environment.
- Be capable of deep diving into implementation details of automation scripts and test frameworks across the technology stacks.
- Be at the forefront of significant technology initiatives from inception to successful deployment.
- Work closely with Architecture and design to develop optimal test approaches
- Coordination of Test Environments, Test Resources, Test Tools and 3rd Parties in line with Test Plans.
- Help shape the technical direction and the improvement of tools and processes across the department
- Coach Test Analysts to build a high performing, collaborating and self-organising team
- Line management of Test Analysts, including performance and development management and objective setting
What you'll bring
- Extensive software engineering experience
- Excellent Java 8+ knowledge and a strong understanding of Spring framework
- Experience following coding standards and performing peer code reviews
- CI/CD experience (ideally with Jenkins)
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to continuously learn and share knowledge with others
