What you'll do
- Provide face-to-face and remote Technology Support for Sky’s Executive and VIP community.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Monitor and maintain hardware and software to ensure efficient performance and security. You will be interacting with platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, ECP, Mobile Device Management, Apple IOS, Mac OS, JAMF, Windows 10 OS, InTune and FFB, Audio-visual, etc.
- Document and track incidents, requests, and resolutions using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues, meeting, or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs)
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share knowledge, discuss issues, and collaborate on solutions.
What you'll bring
- Experienced working in a high-pressured environment and communicating with executive-level clients.
- Deep understanding of the technology Sky uses with a passion for keeping up to date with the constantly evolving tech landscape
- Work closely with cross-company support teams to see opportunities that support our business objectives
- Ability to see and act upon potential issues, whether they are technical changes, processes or procedural
- You will need to participate and manage partners in other teams to achieve your goals which will demand good interpersonal and influencing skills, political awareness, and personal credibility.
- Cultural awareness, ability to operate across international boundaries
- Several years of relevant industry experience in a large enterprise company

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
