Duties and Responsibilities ............................................................................................................
- Delivery of Bartender skills training e.g. induction, offer change, ongoing skills development
- Responsible for site training progression plan and accreditation sign off
- Strong communication line with GM on Team progression and engagement; Wins & Needs
- Attend Brand Bar Star meetings with Brand Trainer
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand bar bible, bar standards and WOW
- Responsible for bar merchandising and overhangs
- Completion of regular spec testing with Team
- Delivering Cocktail Masterclass including training and accreditation of CMC Team.
- Being the ‘hub’ of all product knowledge
- Works with GM to build a culture where Team feels empowered to connect and look after our guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £9.90 per hour
