Smartech Service Ltd is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for individuals looking to begin a new career in the technology and device repair industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee Device Repair Engineer to join our team.
This is a temporary position for an initial 3-month training period, with the potential to transition to a permanent role upon successful completion of the training course. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within the device repair field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in our comprehensive training program, covering Level 1 and Level 2 device repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software faults (Level 1 repairs).
- Perform hands-on device repairs, including hardware replacement and component repair (Level 2 repairs).
- Collaborate with the device repair team to develop and maintain a strong knowledge base of industry best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the repair process.
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, as full training will be provided.
- Strong interest in technology.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
