We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor who is customer focused and skilled in identifying customer needs. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and demonstrate a strong commitment to the success of the team and our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the company's products and services and how they can benefit customers.
- Sell the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Help potential customers understand the company's products and services by answering any questions they may have.
- Take customers' orders and place them in the system.
- Maintain communication with customers needed to ensure good customer service.
- Greet potential customers who enter the store or walk up to the sales counter.
