Care and Support Worker
Location: Nuneaton / Coventry
I am a mature female who lives alone within an annex attached to the family home. I have autism and a severe learning disability; I require 1 to 1 assistance with maintaining my safety, personal care and well-being at all times.
Due to the nature of the role, I am looking for a friendly, caring female personal assistant to support me.
The hours of care I require support with are a mixture of days, evening, and sleep in shifts; these include Friday 10am – 4pm, Saturday 11am – 10pm followed by a sleep in and Sunday 7am – 10pm followed by a sleep in until Monday morning 7am – 10am.
The hourly pay is £12.68 per hour and night time rate of £80.19 per night.
This is a home-based role with all training provided.
5.6 weeks holiday is awarded per year as standard (pro rata for part time positions). Employees are also able to join the Company Pension scheme after 3 months’ service, subject to the rules of the scheme, as well as our Cash Back Health Plan after completion of a successful probation period.
